This is a sad but sweet story. Late in 2016, Craig lost his mom to cancer and our hearts here at Car Buyer USA go out to him. We wouldn’t mention this purchase, but Craig asked us to share it. He stood by his mom throughout all her treatments, and what he realized through the entire process was getting quick and easy answers to his question; from legal issues, treatments, health services allowed under his mom’s medical coverage, and answers of what to expect at every stage in her illness; wasn’t quick and easy at all. Instead it was downright frustrating when it came to getting the answers he needed on information at every turn. That’s why when it came time to sell his mom’s 2005 Toyota Prius, he knew what he’d do with the money and contacted us. The first thing he said to our agent? “I want to sell my car quick because I’m starting a foundation for my mom.”
It’s beyond difficult when a loved one leaves us, and if they struggled here when with us it makes it more painful. We search for ways to ease our grief and hopefully the “ways” bring us comfort sooner rather than later. Craig’s comfort is coming by way of helping others get the information they need for themselves and their loved ones when it helps most. His kindness will give direction to those in similar situations and provide the answers for those who get transferred from one number to another and left with uncertainty. At Car Buyer USA we buy cars every day and we love we’re able to help meet our customer’s needs; but this time? No matter how small our role, we’re grateful we were able to be a part of Craig’s mission.
